These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between Site Visitors, Buyers and Sellers regarding the terms of ordering products, prices, payment, delivery, warranty, complaints, returns and delivery, personal data protection and other issues related to the use of the website. By using the website, you are deemed to be familiar with these terms and conditions and to accept them in full.

1.1. Definitions of terms:

Customer: A person who registers their personal data via electronic communication and orders at least one product via the website.

Visitor: A person who accesses a website without registering and without the intention of ordering a product, but uses the information available on the site.

Any use of the website implies acceptance of these terms, regardless of whether it is browsing content, ordering products or any other activity on the website. If the User does not agree with these terms, he is obliged to stop using the website.

1.3. Purchase and sale agreement

is concluded at the moment of ordering the product, when the Seller receives the order from the Buyer. The order is considered accepted when the Buyer receives the order confirmation via e-mail or other means of communication. The contract is considered concluded even if the Seller does not send an explicit confirmation, provided that the order has been received. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days of receipt of the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

1.4. Online shopping

is available only in the Republic of Croatia, and delivery is made exclusively to that area. Customers outside Croatia can view products, but orders cannot be placed for addresses outside Croatia. The seller reserves the right to refuse the order if there is doubt about the authenticity of the data or if the order comes from an address outside Croatia.

1.5. These General Terms and Conditions

are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZZP), the Electronic Commerce Act (ZET) and the Civil Obligations Act (ZOO). By using the website, the User is deemed to be familiar with the General Terms and Conditions and to accept them. The Seller is not responsible for any consequences arising from ignorance of these terms and conditions. If the User does not agree with these terms and conditions, he is obliged to stop using the website.

2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE AND LIABILITY

2.1. The User undertakes not to:

Use the website in a manner that is contrary to legal regulations, including, but not limited to, transmitting illegal content, hacking, spreading viruses or any other activities that may endanger the security of the website or other users.

2.4. The Seller reserves the right to change the content of the General Terms and Conditions,

product range and other information on the website without prior notice. Users are obliged to check the updated terms and conditions during each visit. Continued use of the website after changes is considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If the User does not agree with the changes, he is obliged to stop using the website.

2.5. Access costs

Internet, telephone costs and other costs incurred by the User when using the website are not included in the Seller's services. The Seller is not responsible for any costs incurred by the User in connection with the use of the website. The User is responsible for ensuring an adequate internet connection and equipment necessary to access the website.

2.6. The buyer can be

only an adult and legally capable person. A contract on behalf of a minor or legally incapable person may be concluded by their legal representatives. The Seller is not liable for any action contrary to this provision. If it is determined that the Buyer is a minor or legally incapable, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order without compensation.

2.7. Users are obliged to

provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal data. Inaccurate data may lead to denial of access to services or cancellation of the order. The Seller reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data and refuse the order in case of doubt about the authenticity of the data. The User is obliged to inform the Seller of any changes in his personal data.

3. ONLINE SHOPPING

3.1. When placing your first order,

The customer must contact customer service via the contact form or at kontakt@apple-proizvodi.com. This is necessary to ensure proper processing of the order and to provide the necessary support to the Customer. Customer service is available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

3.2. The Seller will deliver an order confirmation to the Buyer.

in writing or electronically, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The order confirmation contains all relevant information about the ordered products, prices, payment methods and delivery. The customer has the right to request additional information about the order at any time.

3.3. The seller is not responsible

for delays in delivery due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer. The Buyer is obliged to ensure that all data entered is accurate and up-to-date. In the event of incorrect data, the Seller may postpone delivery until the data is corrected. If the Buyer does not correct the data within 5 working days, the order may be canceled.

3.4. Products can be ordered by e-mail, phone or other proven methods.

An order placed via email is deemed accepted when the Seller confirms receipt of the order. The Buyer may request confirmation of the order via email or telephone.

3.5. If the product is not available,

The Buyer will be notified and can choose a replacement product or cancel the order. The Seller will try to notify the Buyer as soon as possible. If the Buyer decides to cancel the order, the Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days.

3.6. Product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual appearance.

Additional elements shown in the photos can be part of the package only if this is explicitly stated in the product description. The customer has the right to request additional information about the product before ordering.

4. PRODUCT PRICES

4.1. Prices are expressed in euros with applicable VAT.

Prices are shown with an indication that they include all taxes and charges, except for shipping costs which are listed separately. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2. The seller may change prices

without prior notice. The prices displayed on the website are valid at the time of the order. If there is a price change after the order but before delivery, the Customer will be notified and will have the right to refuse the order.

4.3. Promotional prices are valid only at the time of order.

and may be limited to a certain quantity of products. Promotional prices do not apply to products that have already been ordered, unless explicitly stated. The seller reserves the right to limit the quantity of products at the promotional price.

5. PAYMENT METHOD

5.1. The buyer can pay for the products using the selected payment method,

including cash on delivery, credit cards or bank transfers. All payment methods are safe and protected in accordance with the highest security standards. The seller does not store credit card information.

5.2. If an advance payment has been agreed,

part of the advance payment is considered a down payment in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act. The down payment is retained in the event that the Buyer cancels the purchase. If the Seller cancels the delivery, the down payment will be returned to the Buyer in full.

5.3. The seller will return the advance payment

if it cannot deliver the product within 45 days, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of a delay, the Seller will notify the Buyer and offer an alternative solution. If the Buyer rejects the alternative solution, the advance payment will be refunded within 14 days.

6. WARRANTY AND SERVICE

6.1. The buyer has the right

to the warranty according to the manufacturer's terms. The warranty is exercised upon presentation of the invoice issued by the Seller. The warranty only covers products that have manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or negligence.

6.2. Information on authorized services

are located on the manufacturer's website. The Buyer can contact the service directly or through the Seller. The Seller will provide the necessary information about the services at the Buyer's request.

6.3. Complaints can be submitted to kontakt@apple-proizvodi.com

or to the Seller's registered office address. Complaints are resolved within 15 days from the date of receipt. If the complaint requires a longer time to resolve, the Buyer will be informed of the estimated time frame.

7. DELIVERY

7.1. Delivery is made only within the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

Delivery is carried out via reputable delivery services or the Seller's own vehicles. The Seller will inform the Buyer of the expected delivery time when ordering.

7.2. Delivery is free for the Zagreb area,

and for other areas it is charged according to the price list of the delivery service. Delivery costs are displayed during the ordering process. The customer can select the desired delivery service when ordering.

7.3. The buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon receipt and report any damage.

By signing the receipt, the Buyer confirms that the product was received without visible damage. If the package has visible damage, the Buyer has the right to refuse receipt and request a replacement product.

8. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

8.1. The buyer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days.

from the receipt of the product, without giving any reason. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused. The costs of returning the product will be borne as agreed.

8.2. The buyer has no right to terminate

in cases prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act (e.g. for personalized products). If the product cannot be returned in its original condition, the Customer may lose the right to a refund.

8.3. The seller will refund the money if the wrong product was delivered

or in the event of termination of the contract. The costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer.

The seller will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

9. COOKIES

9.1. Cookies are used to store user information, such as name, email address and website,

and to facilitate reuse of the site. Cookies help personalize the user experience and enable the site to function better.

9.2. Cookies can be temporary (session cookies) or permanent (persistent cookies).

11. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Updated terms and conditions will become effective upon posting on the website. Users will be notified of major changes via email or a notice on the website.

11.2. All disputes will be resolved before the competent court in Zagreb.

If a dispute arises, the parties will try to resolve the dispute amicably before filing a lawsuit.
